Dr. McCaig is a Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst at the Psychanalytic Center of California where she has been a member of the Infant Observation Committee for twenty-two years. She is the Founding Director of THRIVE Infant-Family Program 501c (3) non-profit. THRIVE provides education for professionals and helps parents in their communication with their infants. THRIVE also provides Tavistock Model Infant Observation seminars to the community. Dr. McCaig is also a member of the New Center for Psychoanalysis.
